LiliF™ COVID-19 Real-Time RT-PCR Kit (Lyo)
Enable qualitative detection of coronavirus 2019 (SARS-CoV-2) by real-time RT-PCR in clinical samples. It is a ready-to-use assay that contains the reaction mix in lyophilized form in strips or ependorfs, and all necessary reagents to perform the real-time PCR assay in a stabilized format. In addition, an internal control allows detection of possible inhibition of the reaction. The advantage of lyophilized assays is their stability at room temperature and the simple and rapid procedure for performing the assay.
Material to be tested:
The kit is designed for the identification of 2019-nCoV in lower respiratory tract samples (sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage or aspirates) and upper respiratory tract samples (throat or nasopharyngeal swabs), whole blood. The kits provide maximum flexibility and compatibility with leading open system thermocyclers.
