WizDx™ COVID-19 CrystalMix™ Multi PCR Kit
A qualitative, high sensitivity, high specificity test based on real-time amplification of specific fragments of 2 target genes ORF1ab and N, encoded by SARS-CoV-2 (as recommended by WHO). The kit contains the necessary kit of reagents to carry out the reaction, i.e. reaction mixture for reverse transcription and amplification with probes together with a positive control. The reagents are available in lyophilised form in transparent eppendorfs, allowing storage and transport at room temperature.

Material to be tested:
The kit is designed to identify 2019-nCoV in samples from the lower respiratory tract (sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage or aspirates) and upper respiratory tract (throat or nasopharyngeal swabs), whole blood.
The kits provide maximum flexibility and compatibility with leading open system thermocyclers.
